• Density: 2.7-2.8 g/cm3
• Thermal extension coefficient,αV= (91-98) x10-7/K
• Low annealing temperature 427-443 oC
• High annealing temperature 462-486 oC
• Vitreous transition temperature 464-474 oC
• Softening temperature 497-502 oC
• Refractive index nD = 1.5453-1.5468 (λ=589 nm)
• Birefringence <10 nm/cm
• Melting temperature: 1200-1250oC
• Fluorescence in the visible and infrared domains by UV-Vis excitation
